Ryan’s discussion will center around net operation income (NOI) improvements and how the development and execution of an NOI plan can benefit your bottom line. Sustainable design doesn’t only benefit the environment, it can also grow your facility’s income, reduce your operating costs and increase your marketability among the existing tenant base.
*Brandice Pelfrey will also be present to discuss new features of the website, including the member directory, online registrations, and online payments. Come prepared with your questions!
